The first was very pleasant. We had a routine maintenance check on our HVAC and Wayne personally came to look it over.
The second was completely unprofessional and frankly a waste of time and money. Our HVAC unit was making a lot of noise and so Westaire sent one of their junior apprentice. He seemed very inexperienced and frequently stepped out to call for advice on what to do. He suggested we change the capacitor, which in the end did not solve anything. It was determined we needed to change the motor and they would get back to quote us. Fast forward 2 months and after multiple calls with them to get a quote, we received nothing but assurances they "would get back to us quickly". We were slapped with an invoice and no subsequent attempt to help us remedy the problem.
Inevitably we went with another company that was able to correctly diagnose a broken blower motor and solve the problem in less than a week.
