I had booked my pool opening with a big box store pool company and was not happy with their service, I reached out to Lenni for some advice and he was a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. Lenni and Jodi took time out of their hectic schedule and came to do a very thorough inspection of the pool. They quickly discovered a leak that I was in denial about and gave me my options. Lenni’s knowledge and professionalism made our decision easy, he drained the pool that night and returned the next to pull the liner and patch it from underneath. They had the pool in perfect condition in 4 hours and my family was enjoying the pool the next day. The quote was fair and there was no hidden cost, I can’t properly express how happy and relieved I am to have found Lenni and Premier Pools, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his crew to anyone in need of a true pool whisperer!

When we opened our pool this spring we found that our 20+ year old liner had finally bit the dust and had gotten a large tear in the shallow end that couldn't be repaired. We contacted Premier Pool Group to give us a quote. Their price was fair and they were very knowledgeable and informative. We are glad we went with them as we now have a brand new vinyl liner, installed and up and running all in time for the May long weekend. We will be working with them in the future as our new "Pool Guys".

Been using Premier Pool service for over 7 years. Service has been good up to this year when I text to book my appointment much earlier than any other year since we are all home and I have 4 kids that wanted to use the pool. I just got a call from Lenni saying they will cancel my service and not open my pool because I didn't pre-paid. Apparently they sent me an email which I didn't read explaining all has to be prepaid. I admit that was my fault but again I don't read all my emails especially if I don't think they are important. I used to text Lenni he gave me a date for opening they opened the pool and I paid on the spot the same day. I text and called this weekend as to reschedule and pay for the service of opening no reply. I even told Lenni I will pay double if you can do it on Monday, today. No reply. I put a one star review on Google and 10 minutes later a phone call that why did I put a one star and your service is canceled gdbye. Well Lenni it's fine i won't even put a one star i will give you 3 because I am fare but I know you are busy now with making a pool and it's supper busy for you guys and Don't need a client on the other side of the town but this is not how you treat, talk and drop a client. What goes around come around. There will be a time when things will slow down even for pools.

Don’t let them into your yard! Lenni from Premier installed a new liner in my pool May-2020. By September-2020 we developed 15-20 holes, some small, some big; 2x 5ft folds in the liner on the slope; and the pool is leaking 1-1.5” per day. We have owned the same pool for 35 years, with 2 previous liners, and no prior issues. I sent the pictures to Lenni who unilaterally and unequivocally determined that there is no way that the holes could be an issue with manufacturing or with installation (from pictures, no site visit!). Lenni says it will cost another $2000 to do a full liner reset and leak detection! Then he shares a small phone picture taken from 30’ away, tries to say β€œsee, no holes when we installed it” and tells me that he insists that my kids or their friends managed to put in 10-15 holes including 2 major rips and caused my liner to fold in two places during a pool part (Hello Covid summer, no pool parties) - all in the course of a single summer, which coincidentally happens to be the year I had a new liner installed. The moral of the story is that Premier Pool Group is an untrustworthy company to do business with. Lenni Walton performs low quality work and his warranty is worthless. A true businessman focuses on customer satisfaction and stands up for the quality of their work; Lenni Walton is not a business man. Stay away from Premier Pool Group.

We have been using Premier Pool for almost a decade now and couldn't be happier with their service. Lennie & Jodi are experts in their field and have a solution for all our pool and hottub issues. Whether it's replacing a liner, installing a new pump on the hottub or simply servicing our pool, Premier Pool does it all with exceptional service and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and feel confident they won't disappoint.

This is a legitimate review, regardless of what Lenni writes in response to this. As you notice he writes a long and sometimes threatening reply to all negative reviews, to shame the truthful reviewers and discourage true feedback about his business when it is not positive. They came to open our pool three weeks ago. $500 for 20 minutes of work, basically taking off the cover and throwing in some chemicals that they overcharged for. No accountability, no follow-up when the pool looks terrible afterwards. My first advice to anyone reading this - learn to do this yourself, it is extremely easy. Second, if you do not feel comfortable doing it yourself, choose another company.

During closing of the pool last year we knew we had a leak or two and would have to address the issue when the pool got opened in 2019 The pool company I had last year decided not to do pool work in the Brampton area. I called a couple friends who have pools and they recommended Premier Pool Group. I had already called another pool company to look at my pool and I didn’t get a really good feeling they knew what to do or how to change a pool liner. I spoke to Lenny on the phone from Premier Pool Group and did he impress me with his knowledge. Lenny came out removed the pool cover, found the leaks and then explained my options. We decided to remove the old liner and replace it with a new liner. Lenny explained the steps, how long each step should take and broke down the cost. Everything happened as he said and the price was right on the quote. Lenny has followed up a few times to make sure everything is running properly and to make sure we were happy with the work done. I would certainly recommend Lenny and the Premier Pool Group for any pool work you may have. Excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable staff and very helpful answering any questions. The one thing which stands out is when Lenny says he will be at your residence that day he is there, doesn’t matter what time he keeps his word and the work is always done right the first time. Never ever us Premier Pool Group. Lenni is the owner. Very bad choice. I've never written a bad review in my life, but this company and Lenni earned this. Don't support this business. You always know it's a bad owner, when you tell them you will write a bad review and they laugh and say go ahead, they don't care.
