I missed the first time they tried to deliver my items but lucky enough I called the number and a agent helped me find out the next time they would be in my area. The driver arrived on time and was so helpful and happy. Thanks so much QMS delivery I will remember you next time. Website could be better optimized for the phones but I'm sure they are working on it.

It's now Wednesday evening and I still do not have my package. The delivery time changes by the hour. 3 days of waiting at home for nothing and now I will need to cancel my day tomorrow to wait around again! I have called, I sent emails, and had Fido phone them as well. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. I would give zero stars if I could. Why Rogers and Fido continue to use them is beyond me...

I called them and was able to speak to a representative after being on hold for 20 minutes. I wanted to reschedule a package delivery. The woman I spoke to was very nice and told me to come in to their office to pick up my package. I went to their office and was told that they do not give packages to customers who pick them up in person. The lady I spoke to at their office was extemely condescending and I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was given my package in the end. Overall, I did not have a good experience with this company.
A	Anne Vautour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery service in Toronto! Supposed to deliver our new phones from Roger's within 3-5 business days. They wouldn't leave it at our door. Wouldn't leave it with a neighbour. Insisted we be home to receive it but it took them TEN DAYS! They used the excuse of having the wrong contact number even though we emailed the correct number to them twice. Said they couldn't deliver because there was no access code, even though we told them it was a second floor walk-up. We had someone at home 24 hrs a day! Even paid the dog walker so we could be home. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I waited three hours and had to go out. I asked them some questions about the delivery and were very responsive and accommodating. I asked them to text me 5 minutes before they arrive so I can get home to receive the package. When they were nearing my home I got a call. Thanks for the great communication and delivery as I didn’t have to wait for them the next day for the package delivery which could have wasted my day since it required a signature.
