★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have received an 'Excellent' review... They are normally wonderful, I use them for work, when a local courier is required. However, a friend asked for a recommendation for a courier to get something sent across town, the same day. I very highly recommended The Courier Co. Friend requested a specific pick-up time, courier said it was no problem. Over an hour after requested pick up time, they hadn't shown up, & had not called with an update. My friend called to inquire, and the woman who answered the call was extremely rude. I find this very disappointing. Next time, I will think twice before recommending them. Get someone to answer your phones who is not going to drive away the customers, it's really not helping your business.
