S	Souvik Majumder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL was supposed to deliver a package yesterday. I received an email at 3:15PM stating that delivery attempted but I was not at home. However, I was at my home whole day. I called the customer care and updated my phone number and buzzer code. Today, I received the same email stating I was not at home. However, I am at home. Basically the driver did not attempted the delivery. That's why I never received any call from the driver and also he did not rang the buzzer. Very poor service from DHL.

S	Shubham Chouhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh so here we go! I was at home the whole time to receive my shipment and was waiting attentively. NO DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED! And I got a mail saying a delivery was attempted and no one was there. I was in my room in front of the front window the entire time working on my laptop! So I pretty much knew that nobody even passed from there who was from DHL! PATHETIC! No wonder this DHL has so many negative reviews! You're rubbing people the wrong way when your driver lies to them or the system upfront when they say delivery attempted!

G	Gordon Koo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give these people a 0 stars, I would. They said they attempted delivery for multiple days except I was home and received no notification. I then sent them a message via chat after 3 days of this nonsense and it turns out that I needed to pay customs and duties tax before they'll deliver it to me. I was not informed of this via email or by phone, which they had. I had to go to them first and submit the payment online before they'd send it over to me. I then asked why they didn't just put that notice on the shipping updates instead of lying about it and saying they attempted deliveries. Their response was to leave the chat.
s	sszndd Life on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. I spent 40 minutes just trying to pay duties and taxes. Every single avenue I took I was met with a roadblock. I tried calling to speak with an agent but instead found myself going in circles. I finally was able to get the automated system to say “please wait while I transfer you to an advisor” but no one ever showed up. I have never been so frustrated. FedEx is so much easier and so much less frustrating to work with. I hope to never have to deal with their service again!
