β β β β β It's a piece of crap, the buttons broke when I opened the package and haven't been able to use it since. Can't contact anyone to get a warranty, because none of the phone numbers are active. This is a scam of a product where they don't support it.

β β β β β I'm confused. I've bought several products to help relieve severe back pain and it actually works --- for me (i.e., is reusable) and eases the pain tremendously.
As for not returning to liquid have you even read the instructions? You HAVE TO boil the crystals until the return to liquid, LET COOL, and THEN reuse it. So, if you follow the instructions to the letter the product works.
I would recommend having multiple of a particular product that use regularly (e.g., if you need several hours of relief) so you can go the process of returning them to liquid form at your leisure so that whenever an incident does arise you're not concerned that you may not have sufficient soothing heat time.
Most importantly: have lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of FUN!

β β β β β We were very excited to use these products. Coming home 2 out of three neck wraps did not turn back to liquid as promised. It is a bit of a thing to add a neck wrap to a pot of hot water each time you want to use it. The wraps stayed solid and we could not use them again. I email 6 times and the replies were very slow and limited. I did not get my money back and did not get any replacement. We used the wraps once and could not use it again. Great sales, good idea, no follow up or customer service will kill any product. Don't buy it.
