MAKO Design + Invent's team worked hard to meet our expectations with the given project and everything was quality assured. The team works collaboratively with prestigious engineers and designers to meet deadlines by the estimated time; if not, earlier. That being said, the Team Leader(s) that you are connected with always makes sure we are initiated and well-planned so no irrational decision can be made. Unlike other companies, we were presented with a welcoming environment from the day we stepped into the Toronto office to the day of the Project Finalizations. Nevertheless, fair quotation(s)/estimation(s) were given and proceeded with. All in all, MAKO Design + Invent was a positive investment for our company and is highly recommended to young entrepreneurs who need and seek assistance and guidance with their Small Businesses or in our case, a large Start-up project. My business partner and I could have not been more satisfied with the work put in and done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came up with an invention back in 2017 and had been so struggling to create a minimal viable product and prototype until I found MAKO. I really wish I had found them earlier.
I had a chance to work with Ryan and a couple of their team members and was deeply impressed with their professionalism and product development knowledge, as well as how fast they understood my idea and the problems I was dealing with.
It only took them 2-3 weeks to provide me with possible solutions (compared to the one year I was trying to figure out myself). If you got an idea that you believe will be the next big thing, I strongly recommend the MAKO team; they are definitely a big help making your dream come true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mako provided me with a comfortable office environment and a friendly designs team that took into consideration my needs and wants. They helped me with my vision of how my product should be built and presented. The design engineers did their proper background research and then presented me with the best design possible for my product. At all times, a high level of professionalism and confidentiality was displayed. I have to mention that I had a great communication with my engineer, Robert who made sure he got back to be in the timelines he promised. He gave me great advice and worked hard till the very end. I had a fantastic experience with Mako. Another concept of Mako that stood out to me is their flexibility they provide their clients to continue or discontinue the collaboration between the client and the Mako team once every stage is completed. Unlike other companies they do not charge you a big, daunting amount for your product. Instead they work with you, and provide you a quote for every stage where you can choose whether you would be able to continue with them further or not.
