Queen Street Dental Spruce Grove

Everyone was super friendly, office was updated and was kept nice and clean! I’ve had some bad experiences at prior dentist offices but I’m definitely happy to have gone here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist :)

Really good place i took my 6 year old in and they were amazing with him. Lots of smiling faces. They also do not hide fees like other dentist. We will be going again.

“Not” a fan of going the dentist?? Trust me, I am now a fan “to” go! Here’s why…please read The front staff are incredibly professional, kind and squeezed me in on short notice. I booked randomly (relatively new to the area) for exam, clean and filling repair ( had put that off for the last couple years or so)? These ladies checked my benefits without me having to ask prior to my visit which I absolutely appreciate not having the “surprise, you owe….at the end of a visit”. So thank you for the “No surprise policy” and being thorough. The dental hygienist Kheerstin (who will be my teeth cleaning gal from here on out) is very upbeat, careful and gentle. I almost fell asleep. You rock and thank you! So not being a fan of any dentist… I was super overjoyed when they said there was a cancellation and that Dr. Sonia Thibault could fix my filling … the same dam day. ?‍♀️ I was brought into a different room by Dr. Thibault’s dental assistant Angela, who is so sweet like her name :) Excellent mannerisms, comforting and calming. She completely recognized that I was uneasy about my tooth and the filling but quickly reassured I was in good hands. Dr. Thibault is without any doubt the best of the best for anyone of any age! Outstanding bedside manner, she listens, explains in detail prior and during exactly what’s happening and what to expect.. I “did not” feel any pain, none whatsoever !! I was full of anxiety going in and completely relaxed during and throughout the procedure. Thank you ladies for making a usually stressful appointment a great one! See ya next time

Everyone that works here is fantastic, reception, dental assistant, and of course the dentist! Makes going to the dentist not so daunting. Dr. Lalani always ensures that everything is done perfectly, it 100% shows. I’ve never had fillings done with such care. Would recommend!

The whole office was so warm and welcoming. I had Kheerstin as my hygienist and she was amazing! She was so friendly and easy to talk to. She really took her time, was thorough and gentle. The new dentist, Dr. Thibault was so kind. She really eased any anxieties I may have had and wasn’t pushy in her approach to my treatment plan.

Wonderful experience. Yes I was at the dentist! I have experienced anxiety in the past , didn't happen with the team at Queen Street. Warm welcoming from the reception staff that carries through to the hygienists & specialists . No judgement , no overcharges above my coverage, just a caring & friendly environment.

My family has been going to Queen Street Dental since they first opened their doors. The experience is always first rate, from the ladies in the office to the dentists and their assistants. They work hard to make sure the process is as comfortable and pain free as possible. We have recommended them several times over the years and have never regretted it.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. Everyone, including reception staff, hygienist and dentist made me feel comfortable the entire time I was at the clinic. Everything was explained to me as it was happening, and any questions I had were fully answered before continuing. Dr. Lalani was very thorough and showed genuine concern for my oral health.
