★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd been going to this spot for a few years and the manager comes across as very rude and like he doesn't care about the clients. The manager has never made my business feel truly valued. I've had some good massages there but after a call with him today and him suddenly hanging up on me while I inquiring about which massuese to go through has rubbed me the wrong way so I no longer recommend this spot. Which is unfortunate because Corinne (the one massuese I love there) is actually fabulous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk guy makes you feel as if your business is unwanted.. he tries to get you to tip more and more. In Canada everyone usually tips based on the service provided/ you don’t question what someone can tip? I work in the service industry and I would never have the audacity to tell someone to give me more money. The massages are also very inconsistent. I live close to this place which made it convenient to come however I will go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I have been going once or twice a week for a couple years now and we love it. People say the staff are rude but they’re so friendly and nice. I’ve heard people become rude with the front desk staff because of a language barrier and they were still polite with the customer. If you’re looking for a deep tissue hard massage, make sure you ask for “strong hands” when booking. Enjoy and remember to be kind! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Holistic Therapist, I need to treat myself sometimes. Queen's Feet is my favourite place. I am visiting for few years, I never had a bad experience with any of the employees. My favourite at the moment is a nice young man, Quinn. He is professional, attentive and you can have a nice conversation with him, if you not disturbing others. I can recommend this place to all my friends and clients
