★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they seemed rushed, my nails are not what i wanted. i wanted coffin nails but i got rectangle nails even tho i told them coffin nails, theres nail polish on my skin, the gel nails arent even on my actual nails, and my moms nails you can see through them, crooked, different shapes, shorter then she wanted, got a hangnail and left it, charged us $15 more, and our nails just basically look bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for a nail removal service: the nails were not fully removed; my nail tech began rushing when another walk-in customer came in; the colour from nails are still left; the nail shape I was left with is awful. I cannot believe I was charged full price for this. It’s almost comical how bad they look. See photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i came in today to get my nails done and i left unhappy after 2.5 hours there and $74, The lady doing my nails was very nice but the nails them self just aren’t good. The gems i got fell off after 5 minutes of leaving the salon and the edges aren’t smooth, now i’m left with a gel circle on my nail because of the gem and -$74
