Quand j'ai expliqué que nôtre air climatisé était bouché elle a dit que c'était probablement un problème de plomberie et ne voulais même pas descendre du camion. Finalement elle est rentrée chez nous est très vit nous a dit que c'était un problème de plomberie. Même pas 20 minutes chez nous et elle n'a même pas bien rassemblé nôtre unité avant quitter.
Le plombier a démenti son diagnostic et nous a dit que c'était évidemment un problème dans le drainage de l'unité. Il nous a même recommandé de ne pas rappeler cette compagnie.
En gros, on a payé pour que la technicienne ne règle rien et même laisse notre unité en pire état. À éviter.
 The technician arrived late. When I explained that our air conditioning was clogged she said it was probably a plumbing problem and didn't even want to get out of the truck. Finally she came home and was very quick to tell us it was a plumbing problem. Not even 20 minutes with us and she didn't even put our unit together well before leaving.
The plumber denied his diagnosis and told us that it was obviously a problem in the drainage of the unit. He even advised us not to call this company back.
Basically, we paid for the technician to fix nothing and even leave our unit in worse condition. To avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notre système de chauffage s'est arrêté de fonctionner à quelque jour de son remplacement par un nouveau au moment où les températures extérieures étaient les plus froides cet hiver. Hugo s'est déplacé à quelques heures d'avis, a trouvé le problème, remplacé la pièce. En quelques heures seulement, la température de la maison était passée à 10°C seulement. L'intervention rapide de Hugo nous a évité bien des désagréments. Excellent service.
De plus l'installation des nouveaux équipements a été effectuée de façon professionnelle et le personnel a été très courtois. Par contre, je ne conseille pas les produits GE car la thermo-pompe est très bruyante pour un équipement "moderne" sans compter le bruit sévère qu'elle émet lors du dégivrage qui prend par surprise surtout la nuit. Nous avons dû cesser de l'utiliser la nuit, d'ailleurs à cause du bruit. J'avais suggéré de l'installer à l'autre extrémité de ma maison à cause du bruit potentiel. On m'a assuré que ce n'était pas nécessaire car elle était très silencieuse or, ce n'est pas le cas du tout.
Luc, le représentant de Quartz est parvenu à faire des ajustements afin de réduire le bruit au maximum et a effectué un travail méthodique et minutieux. Le problème se situe au niveau de l'équipement. Assurez-vous que le niuveau sonore est conforme aux promesses avant d'acheter ce type d'équipement ou de faire procéder à l'installation le plus loin possible des chambres à coucher.
Our heating system stopped working a few days after it was replaced by a new one when the outside temperatures were the coldest this winter. Hugo came with a few hours notice, found the problem, replaced the part. In just a few hours, the temperature in the house had dropped to just 10°C. Hugo's quick intervention saved us a lot of inconvenience. Great service.
In addition, the installation of the new equipment was carried out in a professional manner and the staff was very courteous. On the other hand, I do not recommend GE products because the heat pump is very noisy for "modern" equipment, not to mention the severe noise it emits during defrosting which takes you by surprise, especially at night. We had to stop using it at night, moreover because of the noise. I had suggested installing it at the other end of my house because of the potential noise. I was assured that it was not necessary because it was very quiet, but it is not at all.
Luc, the Quartz representative managed to make adjustments to reduce the noise as much as possible and did a methodical and meticulous job. The problem lies with the equipment. Make sure that the sound level is as promised before buying this type of equipment or installing it as far away from bedrooms as possible.

I live in Ontario and during COVID restrictions I could not travel and be present, this was the first time she had this kind of work done absent my presence. It went flawlessly. I cannot recommend this company enough. The entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. You cannot put a price on quality reliable service like this.
