★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely appalled by my experience at quality tire ( McDonald Location). The extreme disrespect and poor customer service would have been overlooked if the job was done properly but it was not. went there for a simple tire patch, a job that is free most other places. left WAY overcharged, feeling horrible and was also greeted in the morning with a flat, unfixed tire. if you want the job actually done and to be treated with some dignity go literally anywhere else than here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place ✨ My tire, of course, had to have issues over the holidays in Arctic temperatures and because I am lazy I just used a portable pump to put air in every morning rather than put the spare on, took it into Quality Tire this morning before work, was ready at noon and they didn't charge me anything for removing the nail and plugging the tire!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was prompt when I showed up without an appointment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ended up needing 2 new tires which were in stock for a fair price. They got the changeovers done, and got me out the door in good time. Definitely recommend Quality Tire for heavy truck or trailer tires.

Looking at 4 tires to buy ( AWD car) !!
Called these guys- my son really appreciates this place- and they said bring it in ( I was on the farm driving with a donut)
They fixed it within minutes and were very reasonable and very pleasant to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to Michael at Quality Tire on McDonald Street. I got a flat tire on Monday, and by Thursday they had the exact same tire, ordered, and put on. It was super stressful as I was moving out of the city two hours away Friday so I needed the job done fast and efficiently. Thank you again ! I would HIGHLY recommend quality tire for any of your tire replacement needs.
