Not good for the money! This hotel has gone downhill. Many things in need of repair or replacement. Room was not clean. $180 for one night. I should have asked for a refund and left. We won't be back!

Not going back again. Please improve upon the lighting situation in the rooms. Washrooms are really old. Need work. Lady at the reception was not welcoming at all.

This hotel has shady people that live there and hang out in the parking lot. The hotel smells like a musty old place. There were cigarette burns in the comforter on the bed and the carpet was dirty. The beds weren't comfortable. The ice machine on our floor was in about 50 pieces. Not a nice place to stay with your family.

Paid for a room that was supposed to have a hot tub, and didn't get my hot tub. Was offered a price drop to their lowest priced room in compensation. Never got anything. Also, the furniture is all in a state of disrepair.

Did not come clean room, even after staying for 3 days. No towels or clean sheets provided. Had to clean jacuzzi ourselves, housekeeping was not provided. No coffee, sugar or cream, refilled daily. Staff was not very good at providing or accommodating to our room or our needs . Housekeeper was not professional at all and snubbed our requests, turned and walked away.as if not to hear or acknowledge us. Would not recommend this hotel..

Double charged my card for the room. Phoned the hotel FIVE times. The manager is never there and front desk promises to call me back. I have not heard from them to this date. I have phoned i repeat FIVE times. They have stole money off my credit card. Do not book here! EDIT: Wrote to the given email below, and followed up 4 times to even get a response. The manager then said they would call me and they didn't. Do not believe this bogus attempt to resolve this situation on the managers part, they are only responding on google for optics.

We stayed here from Saturday to Monday of the Victoria Day weekend. We booked a room with a whirlpool tub that didn't work, that they couldn't fix and they couldn't change our room. Housekeeping did not properly clean the room. There were broken cookie bits on the table and cherioos under the bed. Obviously an issue in covid times. We paid more for the room since it was a long weekend but the wallpaper was peeling off, 3/4 of the chair in the room had the back no longer connected to the frame and the tv shut off every 2 hours regardless of actively watching it. We were promised a discount and upon checking out the general manager was working and had no idea how to do that. I've given them a few weeks to call me back like I was promised to address the credit before posting a review but its obviously not a priority or a concern. *Update* General manager's response to my review is a template that he uses on all negative review. There has been no reach out from the management to me personally to try to rectify the situation or offer the discount as promised. Empty words, no action. Very disappointing.

Booked the suite room. It was big and very clean. The only problem is it's very outdated. The couch was pleather and it was peeling. Some of the paint was chipping. The pull out couch had a huge stain on the mattress (looked like blood from a period) that was gross. The staff was nice also. The only complaint really is how they need to update. The whole building needs freshening up.
