They are honest, realistic and they don't try and up sell you on services you don't need. I trust them with out any doubts. Matt always makes a point to come and go over what was done in the service and isn't afraid to call you while it's in the shop to communicate what's happening with your vehicle. (possible price increases, permissions to keep working on it) I have never had an issue with any of their techs either. To add to there professionalism, I forgot my phone in their waiting room on a Friday before a long weekend and Stephen (front of house) went and got it from the shop and brought it to my house that night! He saved me alot of headache over a long weekend! You can't go wrong with this shop, good guys doing good work on your vehicle.

They solved the problem, explained all aspects of the issue, gave clear advice on what to look out for in the future, and were just sweethearts about everything. Then less than a week later when I happened to have a problem right outside their door, they gave me a big hand while I worked to try and sort it out myself and got me up and on my way. Shortly after noon on Monday, they had it repaired and ready to be picked up. Excellent and friendly customer service, speedy feedback and a fair price. Also, they've got a great location close to the 401 for a quick and easy pickup. Really happy with the service and the initial recommendation!
