★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a petty bad experience here. Had hairs (probably from clothes/aprons/towels) dried into my dipped waffle cone. The ice-cream was also very soft and was melting before I even had it in my hands. Was not a great experience. You would think that as a new store, they'd have a few people in there from other locations to keep everything running smooth the first little while, but it seemed pretty hectic. It was packed, watched someone get overcharged for their item, and was pretty concerned about the overall health and safety. Hope it gets better soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream is very good but service is very slow! People came in after us but left before us, guess it depends on who waits on you. My daughter's ice cream wasn't even missed very well, servicer just kind of folded in her toppings. Hopefully things get better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our fourth visit at this lovely place. I live in London and when ever we are coming back from Toronto, this is our permanent pit stop now. These guys have excellent service and really very very delicious flavors.
Store is very neat and clean and very friendly staff. Highly recomedable. God bless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at the store. I bought a birthday cake and a young fellow greeted me immediately and took the time to walk through the various options. The cake was delicious and beautiful, my guests really enjoyed the cake. The location has fewer ready-to-go items than other locations, but I am hoping it will increase as the market demands it. I will likely return more frequently in the warmer months or whenever I need a cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older lady that works there or is the owner is always so unpleasant. The way she talks to her staff, she is always ordering them around; it's like she doesn't even trust her staff. she is equally rude with the costumers, she just doesn't seem to care about the service; she only cares about the money. After I got my ice cream cone and paid for it I asked for a cup for my dog and that lady was not even serving me but she came and told me the "the cup is not free". I have no problem about paying for the cup but she didn't need to say it in such a rude way. I did pay for the cup but I notice on the bill that it says paid for a cone, so I don't even think extra charge for cup is a thing as I have never been charged this at another other marble slab. I rather go to DQ then go to this place where the own doesn't even have any respect for the costumer and their own staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream was really good but I felt the one employee, who I think was the owner was disregarding to my family. She did not greet us politely and tried to speed up our order. She did however say polite greetings to other customers who came in after us, and took time with their orders, which felt like we weren’t important. It didn’t seem like she wanted us in her store. It was strange, but the ice cream was good!
