Quality Hotel - Drumheller

Fantastic staff, friendly helpful and professional. Made us feel at home. Looking forward to my next stay during the summer.

I stayed in the sweet suite. Much nicer than regular rooms. I always enjoy this hotel, very convenient.

We really enjoyed the stay there in Drumheller. Our room had a very good view. Comfortable bed and pillows..

Was unable to fall asleep until around 4am due to noise. Hockey players were running up and down the hallways. We called front desk and we were told that it would likely stop soon. This stampede lasted for 2.5 hours! My dog was so stressed by the running outside and above that we ended up waiting outside the door to catch them. They continued for about another half hour. Next, there was a drunk lady sitting directly outside our door on the phone til 12:30am. We asked if she could move her conversation into her room or the stairwell as we were trying to sleep. She did not do so. This was the worst stay I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. I would strongly recommend asking if there are teams or large groups staying at this hotel prior to booking with them so you do not encounter the issues that we did with the staff not being helpful.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. The beds are clean and comfortable, the rooms well appointed. I find them to be great value. It’s my first choice in Drumheller.

I was caught in a spring snow storm and decided to stay in a hotel rather than driving through difficult conditions. I made a great decision as the Quality hotel I stayed in had a large quiet room with a comfortable and allowed me to get a good rest before facing the icy roads in the morning light.

Horrible stay!! Stayed overnight January 29th on the third floor, room 304 and was unable to fall asleep until around 4am due to noise. The high school hockey players that were staying in the hotel as well, were running up and down the hallways, at least on floor 3 and 4. We called front desk to see if they could ask them to be courteous to other guests and we were just told by the staff that it would likely stop soon. This stampede lasted for 2.5 hours!! After getting no help from the staff, my dog was so stressed by the thumping outside our door and above our heads that I ended up waiting outside my door to catch these kids and asking them to please stop. They continued for about another half hour or so, I am assuming other guests called to complain as well. Next, there was a drunk lady sitting outside of our door, loudly on the phone from 10pm - 12:30am ish. We politely asked her if she could move her conversation into her room or the stairwell as we could hear her conversation clearly through the door. She did not do so, she only moved a couple feet away from our door. She made a comment to the person she was on the phone with that security had already talked to her. This hotel needs to do better to accommodate all guests and not just the ones that book in as a big group. This was the worst stay I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. On their doors, elevators, and breakfast room it states mask must be worn but it is definitely not enforced as hardly any of the guests were wearing them. If you’re looking to try their complimentary breakfast, just don’t. Horrible microwaved breakfast sandwich, (similar to what you’d find at a gas station) and then a yogurt, dry muffin and a juice box. The hotel was nice. Good location, wonderful view from the room, lovely corridor carpet, beautiful breakfast area. In drumheller downtown. Close to all amenities. Overall great experience!
