★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unquestionably one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The night front desk staff (James)was very efficient, and friendly. He made a slightly bad check in issue an easy experience. The issue was with the booking company who we used.
I would use this hotel again, no questions asked.

Just wish there was a hot tub- that would've made the stay even more perfect. The Google page "Hotel Details" section says there is also a hot tub- I woud definitely remove that portion :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and i arrived after driving for hours and due to no fault of the hotels we had paid too much through an online booking site. The woman at the desk her name was Stephanie helped us deal with the site so that we could get a better price. Even though i was pretty miserable when we first arrived over the cost she smiled the whole time until she was done helping us. The hotel is nice and clean, the rooms were clean and the following day the breakfast they offer was great too. We went in for breakfast 10 minutes before they shut down and the lady that was in charge whipped together fresh eggs and checked to make sure there was some of everything with a smile. Great service all around, definitely a hotel to stay at if your in Drumheller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked it online, and the photos looked very nice. In person: the beds are comfortable, and that is about it. The exhaust fan in the washroom is so loud that seems that it will take off. Shower head is old and sad, sink and vanity are outside the bathroom (nothing like brush your teeth and floss in front of your bed, right?). The whole thing need to be revamped. Breakfast was ok (standard continental breakfast). Staff was super friendly. I would not stay there again.
PS: there is a 24h Timmy's next door to save you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. Room was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was great! We thought the breakfast was good, and it was constantly restocked. We would definitely stay again. Thanks! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was clean and mostly quiet while we stayed there. Easy access outside our room to our vehicle. The staff made us feel welcome the moment we walked in the door. The staff even gave my three year old a dinosaur toy which my child absolutely loves. Room was spacious and the kitchenette was handy to have. Bed was hard and didn’t provide the best sleep but I definitely would stay here again on our next trip to Drumheller. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty solid hotel in Drumheller. The breakfast was very good! Rooms were pretty standard stuff. Our shower had different water stream settings which was cool. Not sure if it's like that in all the showers but nice nonetheless. The staff was friendly, especially the lady running breakfast. She was a sweetheart. Overall, no complaints about this place. It does just fine for a weekend getaway.
