★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took in my red shirt and it came back bleached on both sleeves. The lady that was dealing with me was extremely arrogant and told me that I was responsible for the bleaching. She indicated that this has never happened before but I just read a review of the exact same problem and it looks like it was the same person that served me. WILL NEVER USE QUALITY CLEANERS AGAIN.

I've been dealing with this dry cleaners for years and it is the best I've ever dealt with.
ALWAYS on time and the job is perfectly done.
They always accommodate my complicated requests and the prices are cheaper than anything else in the neighbourhood. Strongly recommend this place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give -5 stars I would. The woman/owner is very rude and argumentative. She also lies and says she called you even though you never received a call nor was a message left. Then she blames you and argues with you. Doesn't care about customers at all. Greats you with a "oh, it's you" in a derogatory voice. I have been here twice as I thought I should maybe give her another chance, but the second time was just as bad. I will never do business with this location again. Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although shirts and suits come back satisfactory, the lady at the counter is extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I have had multiple items come back with bleach, randomly wrong coloured buttons (as if they had been replaced without consent). Would not recommend.
