After losing our application and taking ages to finally approve the account they would not authorize the Trading authority requested. Try calling to clarify the request and you have to wait for nearly an hour to speak to someone with any kind of authority. And after calling multiple times and having to waste hours waiting on-hold to straighten things out, and being given a multitude of different answers by different staff, they finally said they would not comply with our request. Absolute utter incompetence. One of the absolute worst customer experience operations I have ever encountered. Terrible. Don't waste your time. Go to a proper trading platform. Awful.

From the start I’ve lost most of my money, not to the stock market but to Qtrades fees and also to the fact that I sold my stocks and they reverted it back. How that happened I’m clueless. You’d think once you pressed “Sell” and the trade was sent in for processing that would be the end of that. Super big headache, the customer service reps are a bunch of c*nts sitting in front of a desk useless as can be. 10/10 would not recommended. Still disputing my case and my time and money is being wasted…
D	Dan K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opened an account in March 2020 and have found the platform to be generally reliable. Trading fees sometimes higher than other self directed trading platforms but still a lot lower cost than using wealth advisors to trade. Customer service hasn't kept up with the growth in users, which is unfortunate. I've only had to contact them a couple of times so it hasn't been a big problem for me.
E	E W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Access to a wide range of investment tools including GICs, mutual funds, ETFs, index funds, and stocks. Easy to use site with quick access to market information. And I have never had to wait more than a few minutes when I have phoned. i don't know where the negative reveiws are coming from. There is another firm with almost the same name. Maybe it's a case of mistaken identity?
R	R U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im pretty sure this trading company is pulling some shady stuff. Looking back they have taken the “commission” fee from my funds and also applied a fee about in the negative when the stock has been purchased. And if I sell a stock before I can use any of my funds to transfer it has a 2 day settling period. Which makes zero sense since I’m allowed to use the funds to buy stock in the same account which I think would have to settle also

I initiated a money transfer through their platform, it’s been 3 months and my money is no where to be found! Do not believe them when they say the transfer will take 2 to 6 weeks! I will not recommend this brokerage to anyone!
M	Mel M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible app. Charged me a hidden $150 fee to transfer my stocks to a different platform which was not disclosed to me at any point of the transfer. Spent 2.5 hours on hold multiple times over the pas year when they messed up my cash deposits. Do not use this, much better apps/companies out there to choose from.
G	Google User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The incompetence of the customer service staff really bothers me. The fact I frequently run into the same sloppy employee is more than comical. The other thing I dislike about QTrade is the stock trading fee. They should cut the fee in half for customers with a large balance.
