He is willing to take the time to explain things so that you understand clearly, and does not do so in a manner that makes you feel stupid. He comes prepared with "Fund Facts" and always has a back up to explain the direction and advice he is giving you.
Jon is willing to admit when he doesn't know the answer to something, and almost immediately follows up with the research and response for you.
I have been working with him for about 3 years, and have known him for a lot longer than that. There is not better person in my opinion to help you reach your financial goals, and no better advisor to lead you on your journey. He makes not knowing your direction easy, and I always leave a meeting feeling guided, understood and inspired.
