★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had a phantom screen installed in our new house. It is better than we expected. It opens and closes easily and when it’s retracted, you wouldn’t even know it’s there. We love it. Jeff was great with his communication and easy to deal with. The screen was done in a timely manner too. If you need any of the products from Q2Q, we would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Jeff and he made an appointment for me right away. He showed up was very personable explained the job and we agreed to a price and scheduled our sliding door and swing door to have phantom screens installed. He ordered the product and we set the install date. Communication was great. Right up until Mike showed up. Which was a surprise as I thought Jeff was doing the install. Mike was very nice and did a great job making sure that we were happy with the product and how it worked. We had these screens on our other home so knew what to expect. Overall I would recommend them both. Just that I’m a details person and don’t like surprises. So it would have been nice to know who was coming to my home in advance. Looking forward to a bug free summer.
