The facility was clean and each cat suite is spacious enough for the cat's to explore with the comfort of it being their own space. While away, I received picture updates and she would answer my questions. She was also very in tune with each cat's behavior and allowed them to leave their designated space to explore the open area when they were comfortable enough to do so. I would recommend this cat boarding place to anyone.

Her custom suites are great for one cat or more. Our cat girl is very shy (she went straight into Strawberry) and not very sociable (so she got to roam on her own). She settled in and we got photo updates while we were away. We'd bring her back again for sure!

The client intake process is efficient - we provided all details about Molly's eating habits, health and personality beforehand and all we needed to do was drop her off with her food on the day of check-in. Sharon and her staff are so caring and cat obsessed! She IM'd me immediately with pics and updates while we were away. Most importantly, we were feeling apprehensive about leaving our cat for so long but it didn't take long to realize that Sharon and her team treated Molly like their own - giving her attention, play time, affection and ample time in the cat lounge in addition to her own cat condo. This is our preferred option now after trying home visits and house sitting.
C	Cooper Sills on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I traveled to South America recently for about 19 days, and one of my biggest concern was leaving our two cats behind. I found Purrfect Cat Boarding after some googling, and we went with them for boarding. Sharon and I talked extensively about my concerns about our cats, and the care they required (one of our cats has stress issues that often lead to urinary tract issues). The place was clean and laid out thoughtfully, exactly as it looked in the photos. We were able to let out cats out of their carriers to explore the place (or pick their favourite hiding spot) while we talked with Sharon and introduced her, she confirmed then that we had WhatsApp available to receive updates. Throughout the trip Sharon updated us with photos and how they were doing -- she was cautious and respectful of their space in order to reduce stress and let them gain confidence and trust in her. It made travelling easier knowing that someone who obviously cares about cats was looking after ours, and that she was willing to update us frequently with photos and videos on the trip so we didn't miss them too much. We picked them both up healthy and happy (at least when they got home) cats, who seemingly had no issues. We would definitely choose to board our cats here again if we needed to.

Even thou he is shy making him feel comfortable shows how much love you guys pour into it! The facilities look clean, and super fun for cats and humans! Being the first time we were worried about our cat being lonely as he is very close to my son, they sleep together since Mitzli is a little kitten, but all worries were gone, we received daily updates with pictures of what our cat was up to! I would highly recommend Purrfect Cat Boarding, I could really feel that Sharon truly cares for the animals and wants to see humans and cats alike having a great experience at her place. 5 Stars for sure!

We left our cat with Purrfect Cat Boarding for a short trip and received text message updates about her stay, along with pictures. Our cat was nervous when we dropped her off, but was happy and relaxed when we came to pick her up, an absolute testament to her comfortable stay. Will be using PCB again in the future!

Sharon is incredibly efficient, caring, and responsible and has thought of every detail to make the experience for both the cats and their owners a most pleasant one. She thoughtfully responded to my communications quickly, even though she must be constantly inundated with e-mails, etc., while also looking after her guests. Louis will return! S	Stephen Hand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were disappointed to find most of Vancouver's cat boarding options involve a small and cramped steel kennel that looks more like a jail. We have used Purrfect Cat Boarding twice in the last year. We are very happy and unquestionably trusting of our cat in their care. Purrfect Cat Boarding offers each cat a large cat condo that include platforms at different heights, cubbyholes, and ramps. Each cat has it's own litter box, and feeding / water dish. Condos can include a window view if available. Cats are allowed to explore the larger area outside of their condo, in small numbers with tons of fun cat trees, and soothing music and sounds playing throughout. It really is a cat oasis here. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are traveling or looking for a temporary place to entrust your cat for care. You are provided updates and photos of your cat and they are very responsive to your questions and concerns. The second time we gave our cat Loki to Purrfect Cat Boarding, we left for 2 weeks. Although we missed him, not once were we concerned about his well-being or level of care. Please consider supporting this business with the care of your fur-baby.
