Incredibly poor service. They “attempted” to deliver a package to my home twice. I say attempted to remain polite. In both occasions, they didn’t even try to knock or anything. No note, nothing. According to customer service, there was "traffic” in my residential neighbourhood. Yeah right. The people working there simply do not care. I ended having to drive over there for an hour round trip to pick up my package. And that’s after calling them 3 times over 2 days (not to mention the wait time). For the love of god, find yourself another postal service. **UPDATE : Social Media PR services contacted me almost 2 weeks ago and said someone would contact me, but they never did. It kind of prove what I'm describing above. Unbelievable. **UPDATE #2 : I reached out to social media again and they replied instantly saying someone would contact me... I've waited 10 days and still nothing. I reached out for a 3rd time this morning, we'll see. That simply confirms the impression I have of Purolator now. It's incredible how much this company doesn't care about its customers. **UPDATE #3 : One month later and no one contacted me yet. I reached out again and same story : we'll contact you soon bla-bla-bla. wow. **UPDATE #4 : Clearly their strategy is to tell me sorry and that someone will call me until I give up... sigh

Avoid purolator.. bad service.. they have no clarity on where the package is; what time they can deliver(atleast an estimate); when I chat with agent, the most I get from them is "sorry"

We had a shop send our trucks Computer (ECM) from Cornwall, ON an hour and a half away to Montreal, QC on January 20/22. It is now January 26/22 and this package still hasn't been delivered to Montreal. They like so many other operations putting the blame on COVID. The shop payed extra $40 to have next morning delivery! This is now costing us upwards of a $1000 a day in lost income alone never mind the hotel expenses and food. This level of just total garbage service is borderline criminal and there is nothing we can do about it. I can say with great confidence that I will never ever use this company again. Hell Canada post could have gotten it delivered quicker and I could have taken a taxi there and back for less than what this is now costing us. 333346854339

Terrible service. I was waiting here for my package because it was time sensitive and without a call or knock or anything, they marked the package as "receiver unavailable". Complete joke of a service.

Worst company and worst experience ever… There has been a delay in delivery and customer service is horrible… I requested to pick my package from the depot and there has been a delay in even confirming the pickup availability… Would advise never to use this service

Probably the worst shipping company in Canada. I ordered something for my business. They delivered after 7pm and obviously I wasn't there. The slip sent me to a pick up location. When I arrived they told me the package wasn't there and I had to go to the Purolator depot. When I arrived there they asked me for a piece of IE with my businesses address.

I'd give a minus 5 if google allowed. 2 days in a row, the driver passes by the house without leaving the package while its it's clearly instructed to deliver at the back door, on the adjacent street. I called CS the 1st day, the guy from New Delhi assured me he updated the delivery instructions and that my package will be delivered the following day. The next day, same thing happened. The delivery guy just passes by the front door which is not accessible in winter. There's a sign on the front door that says to deliver at the rear entrance and the same info is provided in the delivery instructions. The worst courier company in Canada. I thought it was hard to beat UPS but you guys just did, twice in a row.

Avoid shipping with Purolator at all costs. I understand shipping delays but when there is no update on your tracking number in 4 days and customer service can't tell you when your package will be delivered thats just bad service. They know exactly where my package is but wont let me go pick it up. They aren't the only ones running a business, ruining client relationships when their service cant deliver on time. Paying the extra money is 100% worth it UPS is a very close in price and sometimes even cheaper with way better service.
