L'équipe du service d'impression est très mal entraînée, les employés n'ont pas les compétences techniques pour renseigner ou faire les travaux demandés et ils ont toujours une très mauvaise attitude et au moment de parler aux gens, très condescendante.
On voit clairement dans leur expression facial et leur langage corporel qu'ils n'aime pas assister les clients quand on leur en demande et qu'ils ne se sentent pas à l'aise avec ce qu'ils doivent faire.
Je ne m'explique si les employés du service d'impression n'ont pas de superviseur ou des gens qui s'occupent de leur enseigner à traiter bien les clients, s'ils veulent garder leur job.

Bad customer service and very poorly prepared employees.
The print service team is very poorly trained, the employees do not have the technical skills to inform or do the required work and they always have a very bad attitude and when speaking to people, very condescending.
It is clear in their facial expressions and body language that they do not like to assist clients when asked and they do not feel comfortable with what they have to do.
I will not explain if the print service employees do not have a supervisor or people who teach them to treat customers well if they want to keep their job.
Very bad customer experience!

Sloppy customer service personnel, especilally the ones at the Print Shop They are uninformed , unorganized and it seems that this place have no manager to supervise their untrained staff whatsoever.
Not to mention that their products are overpriced, compared to other outlets !
