★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very professional. Went here a few times for a rubber engraving project & on the third project they refused me outright because the material was "messy". They didn't suggest an alternative material or method or include an apology. I followed up & asked if we might try an alternative, non-messy material, which i found out exists & is commonly used, & I never heard back. Unprofessional & discourteous. I do not recommend. There are more professional laser engravers in Montreal who do better job, as it turns out.

They got the materials delivered and took care of my order very quickly. The whole process took 2 days and I was very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend.
