★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to help me once, before Christmas, because they said they were closed for a certain period of time or it would take too long to print a few photos in the delays required.
Today, I gave it a second chance, I had to scan an important document (for government funding due to COVID-19) , but the minimum purchase is 10$. This is a bit outrageous for a small business to deny customers, even if it’s a small contract. It’s an opportunity to build their clientele (we live nearby and definitely wanted to encourage them and be a returning customers).
It’s too bad, but the lack or professionalism and bad customer service made me never want to go there again.
