★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good not bad it all,It's way better than other chicken like Scores,St Hubert etc,prices it is on average ,location looks clean on the other staff very kind and helpful, on other hand delivery service good and fast ,although sometimes they make mistakes with orders they forgot bread or the bread with mold so please check everything you serve to your customers or you lose clients Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls working at the counter are very nice! Great food & service. I also want to point out that I do appreciate ordering from here as they always get my order right. I have ordered from the VSL location in the past and they never put my extra sauce that I ordered! The problem is there is no way of checking until you get home since the box is all tied up. Since then I only order from the Laval location so I don't worry about a screw up in my order & I know I get good service there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give a zero star if I could. Worst customer service ever experienced. Been a customer for years. They always mess up my order. Twice had to go back for items forgotten. No apologies or anything. Don't go there their staff are not trained properly.
