The first time I had it done, at another place about 3 yrs ago, they tried to push me to get a hearing aid, which I did not appreciate. So after coming to the conclusion that my hearing was getting worse, I spoke with my doctor who recommended I have my hearing tested with Puretone. From the moment I met Syed, he was very kind and extremely professional. He explained everything about the hearing test and was very patient with me. I felt very comfortable with the test and how he explained the results of the test. I didn’t hesitate at all this time. There was no pressure at all in selling a hearing aid. Syed simply explained which hearing aid would work best for me and then let me decide. I’m very happy with the service and attention I received from Syed. I would highly recommend him and the staff at Puretone. Thank you for making this process so comfortable for someone like me who was so hesitant to get a hearing aid. And my family thank you as well!

The Audiologist here at the White Rock clinic has sound knowledge on hearing and spends a great amount of time explaining how hearing aid technology differs and works. There is no hard selling which I liked the most unlike some places around the same area. I am told Pure tone hearing is an independent clinic so I have a range of options available and not one particular brand as I had done my research! The pricing is reasonable plus the sale offer. Overall, had an amazing experience. 5 stars for the quality of service.

He was so patient to discuss and answer all the queries and concerns we had . He made sure to get us the best and most effective hearing aid as per my mom's requirements . Puretone clinic has a great customer service and are prompt with the follow ups. I would highly recommend this clinic for its excellent and exceptional service .

Follow up visits for questions I had were in a timely fashion. The price was reasonable and the service from both Syed and his staff was exceptional. I would recommend Puretone Hearing Clinic to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on the many positive reviews, decided to book an appointment for a hearing test and consult to replace my old hearing aids that were no longer effective - so glad I did?
As per so many other reviews, Syed was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very patient. He took the time to explain the hearing test results and my particular hearing challenges, options, new technologies available and he answered all our questions. When I decided on an option, he put 2 demo hearing aids on me and right away my wife and I could tell the difference - I could hear every word being spoken. We decided to move forward with the purchase and Syed let me keep the demo's till the new hearing aids arrived. Picked them up today and again, Syed did the setup, answered any questions we had and showed me how to maintain them.
Thank you Syed - you've changed the quality of my life in being able to hear clearly again.
