★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were a great help to me while I was in Creston visiting relatives. I had managed to lose a dome with no spares. Even though my hearing aids are Costco they managed to find a close match fit and they are working great. Now I can make out what to the family is saying.

My experience there was made so positive because of the professional, informative and kindness they showed while I was being assessed and during the fitting of my new hearing aids . They take the time to make sure you feel comfortable about wearing your hearing aids and that you know how to use them with ease .If you have any issues once you leave you can call them for help . I would recommend them to anyone who needs Hearing Aids .

I've found their expertise and professionalism to be outstanding in helping me hear much better. The new office in the Creston mall is a welcoming facility that is clean, neat and well organized. Recently my audiologist, Anishe, has been working with me to integrate my hearing aid in one ear with a cochlear implant in the other ear. She has the education and experience that makes it easy for me. I can now actually enjoy zoom meetings, hear people talk with their masks on and enjoy social interactions. I highly recommend the Hearing Loss Clinic.
