★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to do an ear wax removal, the lady there spent 10 seconds and took a look at my ears, and declared I had "no ear wax" at all.
Proceeded to spend 10 minutes doing a hearing test telling me I had no problems at all.
All is fine at this point, until I go home and a day later, I myself manage to removal large amounts of ear wax and "gunk" out of my ear.
Pretty useless if you're here for a ear wax removal, don't waste the $30 dollars since the staff are lazy and will probably just tell you you're fine.

I am a lucky person in that I don't have any major hearing loss at this time. I now realize and understand the necessity of keeping ahead of hearing loss and look forward to my next visit. The employees were so friendly, professional and knowledgeable and Shannon ensured that the hearing aids I received were the very best for me.
What a joy to hear so well! I had no idea my hearing had deteriorated so much. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A first class experience and I’m delighted with the result. It is so wonderful to hear clearly again without having to work so hard to make sense of the sounds. Lavina my audiologist is so knowledgeable and patient. She ensured that I understood everything from the reason I couldn’t hear to how to directly hear my cellphone and television thru a signal to my hearing aids. The receptionists are so much more than that, they are so helpful and welcoming. The COVID19 safety procedures ensured that we were all safe and protected. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took an elderly family member to the delta location and they were great. Extremely patient and made my grandparent very comfortable and answered all of our questions. The hearing aids range from $2000.00-$6,000 a pair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beginning with a kind, welcoming reception on the phone, then in person, by Sirle, the administrator and Shannon the audiologist, I was treated with respect and warmth.
I hadn't had a wax removal in a year ++ so I was ashamed to present myself to the staff. However, I was greeted like an invited guest, accepted and made very comfortable.
The procedure took approx 8 minutes and Shannon asked about my comfort level all along the way. I was fine throughout--no coughing or sneezing. Thank you for your welcome and care.
