Melissa patiently spent a lot of time with me to find the right hearing aid settings for my life style, and to suggest a different ear piece for one ear. The technology is also much better than my old hearing aids and I am glad that I spent the money! I recommended this Nexgen to two of my elderly friends who needed new hearing aids and they were also very happy with the service provided by Adam.
L	Linda McConnell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After several unsuccessful attempts at contacting my hearing aid provider, I contacted Nexgen Hearing at their 32nd Avenue, Surrey office and spoke to Maria who, along with Melissa Taylor, provided the best level of service even though I was not one of their clients. As a result I have moved all my hearing aid services to the Nexgen Hearing office at 32nd Avenue.
R	Ron Sorensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've dealt with hearing loss for over 26 years, I can say that Melissa and Maria at NexGen in South Surrey, have been the absolute best experience I've had in my lengthly journey to once again have hearing as close to normal as possible. The customer service, quality of the testing, and fitting of hearing aids most appropriate for me has been outstanding. They are not owned or patricianly owned by a hearing aid manufacturer so fit you with the a product best for your situation. In my instance it's an Oticon product. My hearing aids are fantastic. I put them in when I wakeup and take them out when I go to bed. The hearing aids are comfortable and work amazing well. They are so good I often forget I have them in. Unfortunately I have even stepped into the shower with them in. I walk most days and stream books, music, podcasts to the hearing aids. While traveling I use the connect clip and clip on tour guide so even when back in the pack of people on the tour I hear the guide perfectly. I also use the connect clip to stream books, music and podcasts from my Apple watch to the Oticon hearing aids. If your looking for a place that is customer focused and not focused on selling you something that will make them the most profit I highly recommend Melissa and Maria at NexGen in South Surrey on 32nd Avenue just a short distance east of 152nd street

Melissa takes time to help you every step of the way, never rushes you or pressures you . Maria does all the paper work and helped me with everything to file a claim with my extended benefits plan . Also reminded me of appts . These people are a great team. Thank you so much . I went here because my wife bought her hearing aids from Milissa a year ago. I was diagnosed with MCI, Mild Cognitive Impairment, in 2007, and have worked hard to keep my brain and body healthy. I feel like my Oticon hearing aids have reactivated my brain and that LIFE is RE-ENGAGING ME!! My music is fuller! Listening to Bruce Hornsby, The Way It Is, brought shivers again! I hear the birds more and find myself drawn by their calls, to where they are located. I hear the trees as the winds move through them. I hear a small plane, above the trees, and know it is doing circuits due to the sound changes. Approaching the tennis courts, I can hear a racket hit the ball and can tell if it is a good hit or not…by the sound! Each sound calls to me, engages me… and turns on my brain! It was time to acknowledge that my hearing was getting worse. After reading reviews of NexGen, I made an appointment to have a hearing test at the South Surrey location. I was given professional, friendly service from the whole staff, and couldn't be happier with the way I was treated, from the initial consultation and hearing assessment, to the clear explanations and instructions on available hearing aids. Now a month into it, my wife has finally stopped mumbling. Adam, Melissa, and Maria....thanks so much.
P	Patrick Ching on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience with the staff at NexGen Hearing. One of the few healthcare practitioners where I did not feel rushed with the appointments. Spent the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was comfortable with my new hearing aids. Also, they were sure to encourage me to expect comprehensive service with device checks and cleanings in the future. They made sure do perform regular follow-ups as well. Front desk staff were also very courteous and helpful with my concerns. Definitely recommend.
P	Pete Dunn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is only commenting on the NexGen on 32 Ave Surrey ( Morgan Creek area) Hearing aids for grandma. The customer service is amazing. Honestly amazing. I cannot overstate this. I don't think I have ever had any business with customer service at this level. Hearing aids kept falling out of her ear, they tried 3 other methods/systems. No extra charge! Always getting us in quickly, once even after hours. The hearing aids are definitely not cheap, although they have many different priced options/levels of hearing aid.
