I love supporting local companies, especially during these tough economic times and their customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced. This morning I was so upset when my entire bottle of radiant face drops smashed on the floor. Literally heart broken and what an awful way to start the day. I thought maybe I would message and suggest an alternative to glass bottles as I am sure I am not the first, nor will I be the last, to have this happen. They responded the same day and explained to me the reasoning behind the glass bottles, which I totally understand, I want whats best for the environment too. What they said next is what made me speechless. They continued on to say they don't want to see that kind of karma today and that a new bottle would be shipped to my door. A NEW BOTTLE! I was floored. Definitely was not expecting that kind of response. Beyond grateful. Now I can order the garden mask instead of having to buy more drops. Love this company and everything they stand for. Please open a store here in Calgary! Maybe if you do we can soon refill our bottles instead of buying more;) Faithfully yours, Rachelle

I'm especially fond of the Pura Sweet Lolita Drops and the Overnight Watermelon Mask. Both are super hydrating! Desire Mist is great to spritz around bed before going to sleep as well. Lovely brand and love the transparency of what goes into their products. Highly recommend!

The prices are on the high side, but you get what you pay for...BEAUTIFUL hand crafted luxurious products that WORK. My skin has never been so clear, so soft, and so radiant. I love how they are local, ethically sourced, and very community involved. I don't have just one favorite product... but I have tried many! I use princess clementine, countess cleansing nectar, negroni eye ritual, and ambrosia serum every single day!!! Their face masks are also top notch to anything I've ever used. Currently using cocoa honey cream mask - LOVE. I dare you to try just one product. You will fall in love immediately!

I use the botanical bloom essence in the morning along with the princess clementine moisturizer, and then the cleansing nectar and radiant face drops at night. My skin has never looked better. Far less breakouts compared to before, and my skin is glowing. Highly recommend trying out a few things here until you find what works best with your skin. It's pricey but definitely worth it!

The Hyaluronic Ruby Serum has made a huge impact on my skin, particularly on areas effected by pregnancy and nursing. I had twins and breastfed them for nearly a year, which took quite a tole on my breasts. I began using the Ruby Serum a few months ago and have noticed a significant improvement in the tissue and firmness of my skin, as well as a reduction in the appearance of stretch marks. I recommend Pura to all my friends and family and love gifting it and sharing this beautiful brand!
