★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Les comptoirs installés n’avaient pas le bon fini, ils étaient poreux et non lisse tel que choisi. Deux parties de comptoir avaient la bon fini, seulement. Après constatation, chez Lucien Proulx ne voulait changer les comptoir avant de savoir où l’erreur s’était produite chez leur fournisseur. Ils sont venus à 3 reprises à la maison et j’ai finalement eu les nouveaux 3 mois après , soit en septembre. Le service à la clientèle n’est pas leur priorité . Je ne les recommande pas du tout.
 Very poor customer service. The countertops installed did not have the correct finish, they were porous and not smooth as chosen. Two counter parts had the correct finish, only. After finding out, at Lucien Proulx did not want to change the counters before knowing where the error had occurred with their supplier. They came home 3 times and I finally got the new ones 3 months later, in September. Customer service is not their priority. I do not recommend them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon service. L'installateur (Robert) a téléphoné pour savoir s'il pouvait venir plus tôt. Le comptoir de cuisine était exactement ce que l'on avait commandé, les coupes (grand comptoir en "U") parfaites. Les ajustements nécessaires (murs jamais droits) et la pose ont été effectués de façon très compétente. Nous sommes entièrement satisfaits de l'expérience.
Very good service. The installer (Robert) phoned to see if he could come sooner. The counter was exactly what we ordered, the cups (large counter "U") perfect. The necessary adjustments (walls never right) and the installation were carried out very competently. We are completely satisfied with the experience.

J'ai changer de gamme de produits (ceramic à vinyl de luxe) après soumission et celui qui s'occupe de notre dossier a estimer mentalement a 40$ près. si ça peut vous donner une idée de comment ils connaissent leurs choses.
Excellent set of products. The employees are very knowledgeable. Very far-sighted. They did a great job in the house. They can guide you on what "match/not match". I changed the product range (ceramic to luxury vinyl) after submission and the one who takes care of our file mentally estimated around $40. if it can give you an idea of how they know their stuff.
