Can't get hold of anyone and still waiting for someone to attend to my request. Landscape is a total mess around the property. Once they hand you the keys, that's it, you never get hold of anyone...... I'm regretting!

Stephanie never got tired of answering all my questions, emails and phone calls. She always picked her calls, be it in the evenings / weekends. Stephanie was just a call away! We had to change the contract at some point and stephanie was very understanding, patient and swift in action. The model house sold to us is very pretty and we can't wait to move in and call it home. However after possession service are brutal, send multiple e-mails to builder manager and no responses, almost 3 months later and still not received documents. Scheduled to have a air tech come make a repair and a painter shows up instead to do touch up.. Extremely disorganized. House wasn't very well insolated, lost heat very fast and paper thin walls. Sold it after 5 months.
