J	Jean-Francois Nadeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait faire 4 ou 5 estimations pour mon entrée et Pavage robillard avait celle qui était la meilleure (pas nécessairement la moins chère, mais celle qui me suggérait un travail qui avait le plus de sens pour mes besoins). J'ai fait faire l'asphalte et moins de 8 mois après, elle a commencé a craquer un peu partout. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois pours qu'ils honorent leur garantie d'un an et en plus de ne pas se pointer pour réparer le problème, ils ne se donnent même pas la peine de retourner les appels. En passant ils n'ont pas de licence de la RBQ... ils ont échoué à remplir exigences selon un agent de la RBQ... I did 4 or 5 estimates for my entry and Pavage robillard had the one that was the best (not necessarily the cheapest, but the one that suggested me a job that made the most sense for my needs). I did asphalt and less than 8 months later, it began to crack everywhere. I have called several times for them to honor their one-year warranty and in addition to not pointing out to fix the problem, they do not even bother to return the calls. By the way they do not have a license from the RBQ ... they failed to fulfill requirements according to an agent of the RBQ ...
L	Louise Stafford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai fait faire plusieurs estimations pour le pavage de mon entrée, j’ai choisi Robillard pour les infos reçus de l’estimateur Sylvain qui semblait bien connaitre son domaine, de plus nous avons des amis/ connaissances mutuel. Le travail devait être fait en août 2021, après plusieurs appels, on me répond qu’ils ont des retards que ce sera en septembre, puis début octobre et finalement ils ne sont jamais venu faire le travail….et ce cher Sylvain me raccroche la ligne au nez et est impatient de mes appels. J’ai donné une seule étoile pour pouvoir écrire mon commentaire mais ils n’en mérite aucune. Je dois doit recommencer mes estimations en 2022 avec les hausses de prix que nous subissons . I had several estimates made for the paving of my driveway, I chose Robillard for the information received from the estimator Sylvain who seemed to know his field well, moreover we have friends / mutual acquaintances. The work was to be done in August 2021, after several calls, I am told that they have delays that it will be in September, then at the beginning of October and finally they never came to do the work….and this dear Sylvain hangs up on me line to the nose and is impatient with my calls. I gave one star to be able to write my review but they don't deserve any. I have to start my estimates again in 2022 with the price increases we are experiencing.

Then they overcharged me and didn't guarantee the price that was promised. I would never recommend this business to anyone..Plus the lady over the phone was very unprofessional .

Had to call the owner directly every week to find out when they were coming to do the job. He would answer maybe once every 7 attempts if i was lucky. Every week the answer i got was ya we wilk be there in the next 2 weeks. I got that all summer. Now j get a phone call saying he cant do it this year of course. Very unimpressed if i would of known i would of went with another company.
