Il m'a forcé à acheter un contenant de son magasin car il dit que je ne peux pas amener le mien et que si j'osais y retourner avec un contenant qui ne vient pas de chez lui il allait refuser de me servir. Incroyable... The selection of products is great and varied !! Unfortunately the man who works there full time gives the worst service I have ever known. He forced me to buy a container from his store because he said I can not bring mine and if I dared to return with a container that does not come from home he would refuse to serve me. Unbelievable...

M	Magalie Morin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ le vendeur a été super desagreable avec mes deux amis pour qui c'etait la premiere visite a cette boutique... il porte des jugements innaproprié sur les gens... aucun bonjour a l'arriver de sa part. sinon bon produits en tant que tel... dommage que le service ne soit pas professionel. the seller was super unpleasant with my two friends for whom it was the first visit to this shop ... he makes inappropriate judgments on people ... no hello to arrive from him. otherwise good products as such ... too bad the service is not professional.

Le vrac (du moins le shampooing) est incroyablement pas cher, mais la pâte à dent est assez dispendieuse. Le vrac n'est pas en libre-service, ce qui est un peu plate. Il y a beaucoup de produits écologiques de d'autres marques aussi. Ca serait bien également s'ils étaient mieux situés. The service is good if you don't have too many questions and know what you want. Bulk (at least shampoo) is incredibly cheap, but toothpaste is quite expensive. Bulk is not self-service, which is a bit boring. There are a lot of eco-friendly products from other brands too. It would also be good if they were better located.
S	Savana Trudel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les étoiles sont pour les supers produits qu'ils vendent, mais honnêtement, j'y vais jamais par plaisir. Ça fait 3 fois que j'achète mon shampooing à cet endroit. Une fois, la dame qui y travaille me l'a chargé le bon prix (sur l'étiquette), tandis que quand c'est le gars, il le met toujours 1$ ou 1.5$ plus cher (selon son "mood"?!). Pourtant le prix sur l'étiquette est toujours le même.Vu que c'est pas extravagant comme hausse je dis rien, mais ça fait suer de jamais payer le bon prix à la longue. (Et ceci n'est qu'un exemple parmi d'autres) The stars are for the great products they sell, but honestly, I never go there for fun. I have bought my shampoo there 3 times. Once, the lady who works there charged me the right price (on the label), while when it's the guy, he always puts it $ 1 or $ 1.5 more expensive (depending on his "mood"? !). Yet the price on the label is always the same. Since it's not extravagant as an increase I say nothing, but it makes you sweat never to pay the right price in the long run. (And this is just one example among many)

J'ai appelé à Montréal pour me plaindre à son sujet et en fait il est le petit fils de la propriétaire. Cette dame m'a fait un long monologue de 45 minutes sans que je puisse placer un mot, au point que j'ai dû lui raccrocher au nez pour cesser ce flot d'imbécilité. Sérieusement c'est une famille de tarés. 5 Stars for the products but 0 Stars for the cellar behind the counter. I called in Montreal to complain about him and in fact he is the owner's grandson. This lady gave me a long monologue of 45 minutes without my being able to place a word, to the point that I had to hang up on her to stop this flow of imbecility. Seriously, it's a crazy family.

Par contre j'essaie d'y aller le moins souvent possible car l'expérience est très peu agréable - il ne faut pas être pressé et on doit avoir le goût d'écouter un monologue! I love the products. I always buy the hand, dish and laundry soap! On the other hand, I try to go there as little as possible because the experience is very unpleasant - you must not be in a hurry and you must have the taste for listening to a monologue!
