★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non recommandable, ils ne font pas attention à nos choses. Je suis allée pour faire laver 2 carpet, ils en ont perdu un et l'autre était mal nettoyé. J'aime mieux payer un peu plus cher et avoir un excellent service. Pas d'excuse d'avoir perdu mon tapis....pas fort.
Not advisable, they do not pay attention to our things. I went to wash 2 carpet, they lost one and the other was poorly cleaned. I like to pay a little more and have a great service. No excuse to have lost my carpet .... not strong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment pitoyable! Rendez-vous en bonne et due forme pour le nettoyage de meubles et de céramique. Personne ne s'est jamais présenté et en plus, pas de suivi pour recéduler, ni d'excuses. J'ai de la difficulté à comprendre comment cette entreprise a pu atteindre 25 ans d'existence. Évitez-vous des déceptions et contactez une autre entreprise!!
Really pitiful! Appointment in due form for furniture and ceramic cleaning. No one ever showed up and no follow up to reschedule or apologies. I find it difficult to understand how this company was able to reach 25 years of existence. Avoid disappointment and contact another company!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le prix chargé n'a pas été le prix discuté au préalable. Si vous faîtes affaire avec eux, assurez-vous d'avoir le devis écrit avec le prix final et non une entente verbale car ne l'a pas respecté. Assurez-vous d'être sur place. Il y avait deux personnes pour le ménage, une qui faisait bien ça mais il y avait un autre employé qu'on aurait dit que c'était son premier ménage, pas très efficace si on surveille pas.
The price charged was not the price discussed beforehand. If you are dealing with them, make sure you have the written estimate with the final price and not a verbal agreement because you have not complied with it. Make sure you are there. There were two people for the housekeeping, one who did that well but there was another employee who looked like it was his first cleaning, not very efficient if we did not watch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment ordinaire, très rapide pour prendre un rendez-vous pour un service, mais le service APRES!! Il va vous rappeler, il est pas là aujourd'hui, me donne le mauvais numéro du boss, jamais eu de retour d'appel..cirage de planchers qui a spotté, et pu grand chose qui paraît après 3½mois
Really ordinary, very quick to make an appointment for a service, but the AFTER service!! He's going to call you back, he's not here today, gives me the wrong number for the boss, never got a call back.. floor waxing who spotted, and could do a lot that appears after 3½ months
