J'ai dû refaire le sol - voir les photos, et le propriétaire a refusé de le refaire et m'a accusé de perdre son temps. Outrageusement. Sauter. Le nettoyeur est TRÈS gentil mais le nettoyage n'a pas été fait correctement. Le propriétaire Daniel Boucher ne m'a pas cru même après que je lui ai envoyé ces photos et il m'a accusé de perdre son temps et qu'il arrêterait de travailler pour moi. Si vous pouvez trouver de telles zones sales sur le sol et la salle de bain, pouvez-vous dire que le nettoyage est fait correctement? Bon sens de base! Ce qui m'irrite, c'est l'attitude laide de Daniel, comment pouvez-vous accuser votre client quand vous voyez les preuves? Comment pouvez-vous faire vos affaires correctement si vous ne pouvez même pas bien communiquer? Une très très mauvaise expérience. Sautez-le pour économiser votre argent et votre journée. Regardez les bonnes critiques, les mêmes mots. Tout comme les avis payés. Réponse: Daniel, vous n'êtes pas honnête sur votre réponse Google. Votre attitude est fausse, vous devriez vous excuser auprès de moi pour votre email pour m'accuser. Je n'ai pas «salir» votre entreprise Quebec. Mon business est aussi au Québec. Ce que vous m'avez fait était mal en tant que patron d'entreprise. 1. J'ai expliqué très clairement ce dont j'avais besoin et à chaque fois j'ai dit la même chose; 2. Le nettoyage n'est pas «correct» comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos; 3. Vous avez envoyé le personnel mais il n'a rien fait. C'est un gars très gentil mais le travail n'est pas minutieux, je n'ai rien contre lui; 4. Vous m'avez dit que je vous faisais perdre du temps et que je ne travaillais plus pour moi. Alors votre client vous explique les situations et l'insatisfaction vous fait perdre votre temps? Regardez les photos, de quoi discuter? Il suffit de refaire ces domaines en tant qu'entreprise responsable et nous avons terminé. Votre isolement et vos accusations dans votre e-mail ne sont pas acceptables. C'est un nettoyage de 110 $ + taxes, vous ne devriez pas voir de zones sales comme ça. Oui, vous avez réduit 30 $, mais regardez ces photos, la qualité?
