★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empro @ ULaval était pour moi malgré tout une bonne expérience de travail. Le salaire était correct (en 2007), bien que le gérance était dysfonctionnelle. Le Boss du Boss des RH qui se pointe pour te critiquer tes 3-5 minutes de retard alors que tu te claques toujours de l'over, c'est moyen. L' overtime était optionnel mais payé généralement. Le retard était bien sûr soustrait. Mis-à-part le chaos organisationnel insensé qu'est l'Université Laval et la garderie pour adultes (PEPS), cet emploi m'a permis d'apprendre, entre autres, la valeur du travail. Empro a depuis fusionné avec GDI, qui était très douteux à l'époque. Faites valoir vos droits. Bonne chance.
Empro @ ULaval was for me a good work experience. The salary was correct (in 2007), although the management was dysfunctional. The Boss of the HR Boss who is coming to criticize you 3-5 minutes late while you still slam the over, it's average. The overtime was optional but generally paid. The delay was of course subtracted. Apart from the senseless organizational chaos that is Université Laval and Adult Daycare (PEPS), this job allowed me to learn, among other things, the value of work. Empro has since merged with GDI, which was very doubtful at the time. Assert your rights. Good luck.
