★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was initially referred to Kendra by a friend and it has been a glorious journey of fixing my broken body ever since. I love going to see Kendra for massages! And if I had a never ending supply of benefits or pocket change, I would probably go and see her twice a week. God knows my body probably needs it.
I've tried so many different massage therapists around the city, from Chiro clinics to spas/wellness centres to commercial gyms, but hands down Kendra is the most efficient and best massage therapist I have had to date - including ones I've seen in different cities.
Kendra is super personable and sweet and I think because she has experience in so many different sports and styles of training, she genuinely knows what needs to be done to keep your body functioning and in tip top shape. She goes above and beyond and is always trying to find new therapeutic modes of treatment to add to her arsenal of tools.
I basically recommend Kendra/ProActive Therapeutic Massage to everyone I know because I really believe in the work that she does in helping people maintain a standard of wellness
