Elevate Sports Performance - Edmonton

Had a fantastic time at Elevate! Really nice and friendly staff. The young brunette was super helpful and made me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in Elevate!

The following review was reported as bogus & bullying review to google and was taken down – everything in this review is a truthful account of my experience with ESP – I was a client of ESP until the end of March 2021. I am sorry that ESP are unable to accept negative reviews. (I can provide anybody with receipts and payment information to prove I was a client) There is also a tape recording that exists. Anybody who would like to listen to this recording it is available .... I was a client of ESP for many months until I heard a legal recording of an incident that took place there. So I would say It's hard to know what happens behind closed doors unless you record it!! After hearing this recording I know exactly what happens behind their closed doors; to individuals who ESP feel "do not fit in with the crowd" - if you are a unique individual who embraces their individuality, I would not recommend this business.

Elevate builds you up and supports your fitness journey no matter your fitness level. They are always smiling and encouraging. I am very happy to have found such a great place.

REPOST of parts of my wife's review (Natalie) which was left on Evolve's page: I started off having a good experience with Evolve; the staff was very friendly. Katie and Jacqui were awesome assets to this company! . New staff members joined the crew and the level of customer service went downhill; some not all of the staff are quite rude and it is obvious there are cliques among staff and clients. The young brunette from this establishment is one of them. They like to make it obvious and if you (like I) was not a part of these cliques then you are made to feel very unwelcome. I tried to get in contact with the owner, Johnny and I never had any follow -up whether the message got lost or simply the owner does not care I do not know, therefore I cannot comment on this. This affiliated company does not reflect well on Evolve. While the owner of the building does not have full control over the other establishments and how they act, he should think about monitoring their behavior more. The way staff members of other businesses act within Evolve reflects badly on them all. And seeing as I was told in a very patronizing way by this company that you "cannot find my file". My Google account uses my maiden name and my first name is Natalie. The response by that other company located in this building was substandard at best. However, by their staff members' attitudes, it did not surprise me as the tone comes from the top. PS It does not look good for any company when they receive a negative review and then they tell a friend, family member, or a client and have them write a positive review, which tries to counteract some of the feedback given in the negative review. In fact, it is extremely immature which supports my previous point about some staff members acting like they are still in high school. It is pretty obvious and people are going to be able to see right through that if they choose to look at reviews before choosing a gym. And rather than taking the feedback on board they are more focused on removing the review. I hope you all try to learn from this and do better next time.

I have been going to ESP for over 2 years. The trainers are amazing! The owners and trainers provide a safe space for all levels of ability. The sense of community is strong and always welcoming to new members.

In Sept 2019 I joined the 11 week challenge with ESP. I am a type 2 diabetic and my A1C was high. The program helps with nutrition and exercise. The coaches/trainers are very knowledgeable,friendly and will adjust to your needs. I was able to reach my goal and my A1C returned to the normal range. After the challenge, I continued to take classes with ESP, because I made good friends to workout with, and the classes are fun with proven results. ESP Elevate goals are designed for you to succeed.

The owners and trainers of this gym are amazing!! The owners are very kind and hard working, they genuinely care about you. Alex Broderick has trained me in the past and she is amazing, kind, thoughtful, and always motivated me to do and be my best self! She always made me feel comfortable with my own self and abilities, and has taught me to be confident in my movement at the gym. I’ve learned so much as a young person who has no experience in the gym. 10/10 would recommend this gym to anyone!! Especially the trainers there.

I find gyms intimidating in general but I did a challenge with Elevate and it was a great experience! They have a very friendly, welcoming environment. People of all shapes and sizes workout together. Previous experience in the gym or with workouts isn't an issue - they can accommodate everyone. I was amazed at how the coaches could adapt the workout for different people within the group to account for ability. Ryan coached most of my classes and his cues were great. I was never left waiting around between exercises and gained confidence in my workouts. I highly recommend this gym.
