â â â â â le personnel trĂšs respectueux et a l'Ă©coute de leurs clients mais pas la mĂȘme chose du prĂ©sident ou propriĂ©taire (Martin) il est irrespectueux, arrogant , parle par dessus, il n"est pas a l'Ă©coute et surtout il se permet d'insulter sans que nous ayons la chance de nous exprimer disons quâil s'est payĂ© une bonne traite a mon Ă©gard d'une dame d'un certain age. Voila la dĂ©mocratie de ce commerce .
 the staff are very respectful and listen to their customers but not the same as the president or owner (Martin) he is disrespectful, arrogant, talks over, he is not listening and above all he allows himself to insult without our having the chance to express ourselves, let's say that he paid a good deal to me for a lady of a certain age.That's the democracy of this business.
