Le prix facturé pour les services rendus est très élevé par rapport au temps investi pour effectuer les inspections (15m). Suite a leur visite, j'ai laissé deux messages afin de trouver une entente viable pour les deux parties, ils n'ont pas répondus a mon appel ni a mon courriel.
 The service provided for the inspection of my smoke detectors did not meet my expectations. The price charged for the services rendered is very high compared to the time invested to carry out the inspections (15m). Following their visit, I left two messages to find a viable agreement for both parties, they did not answer my call or my email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visite de dernière minute ( suis arrive 20 minutes avant la fermeture) et j'ai été super bien reçu, pour un remplissage d'une bonbonne de CO2 ( pour aquarium).
Remplissage fait sur le champ en quelques minutes, moi qui m'attendais a venir chercher la bouteille le lendemain.
Belle surprise, je reviendrais sans aucun doute.
Last minute visit (I arrived 20 minutes before closing) and I was super well received, for filling a CO2 bottle (for aquarium).
Filling done on the spot in a few minutes, I expected to pick up the bottle the next day.
Nice surprise, I would definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils sont deux a trois plus cher qu'ailleurs pour un inspection visuel sur vos extincteurs. Et aucune volonté de s'ajuster a le concurrence ou d'accommoder un client commercial qui lui a référé des centaines de clients depuis plus de 10 ans. Quel erreur de jugement! Totalement insultant! Ils viennent de perde beaucoup d'argent pour quelques dollars.
They are two to three more expensive than elsewhere for a visual inspection on your extinguishers. And no desire to adjust to the competition or accommodate a commercial client who has referred hundreds of clients to it for over 10 years. What an error of judgment! Totally insulting! They just lost a lot of money for a few dollars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go there to fill my CO2 tanks for aquarium. The only place I could find willing to fill my small "Ista" brand tank so if you've had the same issue, go there, they know what they are doing! I also have a standard 5 pound tank I get filled there with no issues. Helpful and quick service, what more can you ask for?
