You have the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. In all for 2 services (1 performed), it took 1 1/2 months of waiting and about 15 calls and 6 emails. How do you go about keeping your customers?

Sinon, le service à la clientèle est pourri, il n'enregistre aucune info dans leur système, il faut parler à 4 personne pour avoir un rendez-vous et personne ne peut répondre à mes questions (à chaque fois!!!), c'est broche à foin. Aller avec Pyrosecur pour du bon service ou soyez patients pour une job bien faite avec eux...
The tech I saw was excellent and explained everything to put my restaurant in order. Otherwise, the customer service is rotten, they do not record any info in their system, you have to speak to 4 people to have an appointment and no one can answer my questions (every time !!!), c 'is hay spit. Go with Pyrosecur for good service or be patient for a job well done with them ...
