Vous devriez mettre une photo de votre place d'affaire !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si on pouvait mettre zéro je l aurais fait. Faites très attention a cette cie. Ils venaient juste pour inspecter mes extincteurs soit 12,50$ chaque . Ils sont répartis avec mes extincteurs acheté 2 ans auparavant neufs en me disant qu' ils avaient passer les 6 ans d utilisation ....
(Acheté chez guard x 2 ans auparavant ..) bref ils m ont facturé deux "nouveaux extincteurs " cf photo ... Qu' ils avaient dû ramasser chez qq d autre avant moi . Ils m ont facturé 100$ d extincteurs et sont parti avec les miens .. probablement pour le revendre au prochain ...qui sait ..
Bref c est très louche . Faites attention .

Lorsque vous aurez moins de job, vous allez peut-être être plus à l'écoute des besoins des gens... Mais il sera peut-être trop tard.
Évidemment, vous pourrez bien répondre n'importe quoi à ce commentaire. Mais la seule chose que je voulais, c'est une soumission. Si vous ne pouvez pas faire la job car vous êtes occupé, vous pouvez quand même être courtois avec les gens.
Big zero for customer service. Zero customer listening. He tells me he won't be able to do a new install for 1 year just to get rid of me. When you have fewer jobs, you may be more attentive to people's needs ... But it may be too late.
