★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro Master installed a new hot water tank at my home. Of course there is no convenient time to lose the use of a hot water tank but after calling John at Pro Master he was on the job right away. Pro Master covers all of my 3 F’s.... fast, friendly and, when it comes to price, fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy I spoke to is a KIND , honest, and worthy tradesman, I called pro master for a call-out, he advised me on what I could do on my own. He asked me to change the filter of my furnace, even called me back to check if it worked . He said because my furnace is relatively new, he knew it would be a minor case not worth call- out fees. Eventually my furnace kicked on, and he was right on point. I have not seen any company like this in Edmonton, believe me if I start I will not finish. As long as I am in Alberta, he will always be my first and only call. If he is on holiday, I will wait for his return. He has shown exemplary character worthy of my long write- up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John came out and installed my outdoor bbq gas line and he was awesome. Not only did he come out quickly, he gave me room for future growth by ensuring I had a 3/4 inch gas line, not a cheap 1/2 inch line which would only service 1 appliance. John is a highly detailed pro who works quickly but ensures the job is done perfectly. I called him out for the bbq line and he rerouted some existing plumbing to make it easier to get around my storage area. I would highly recommend the team at ProMaster - honestly, great prices but even better service. When you combine that with years of experience and an owner who cares about his customers, you cannot go wrong!

Checked out my water tank, didn’t sell me parts, fixed the issue, gave me advice on preventing the issue and fixing it myself next time and walked me
Through the process. The cost was extremely reasonable and much less than I expected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John provided amazing service for us in our incredible nightmare of septic backups on our acreage. He went above and beyond in so many situations over weeks of various plumbing issues. He was willing to answer questions by phone or email, rent equipment that was out of town, go to the store to get supplies for me (when we were stuck), show up after a long day of work and even haul buckets of muddy water out of our wet septic pipe pit in order to get the job done. He was willing to teach us and spend whatever time was necessary and at the end of it all his fees were always reasonable (probably too reasonable). He has a very big heart and is very competent! Look no further this company has your back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John (the owner) is amazing! We noticed a leak in our basement on a Sunday (after hours) and found these guys on google! He was at our house within half an hour and was exceptional. Quick, excellent service, honest and friendly! We were so relieved on how quickly he resolved the issue and great of a job he did. Very well priced - we were expecting a huge bill and it was very reasonable. Highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John came out late yesterday afternoon, and unplugged our sewer line from the house to the tank. He did a super job, was fast, courteous and very respectful of our house and took every precaution to make sure no mess was made or left.
He put his camera down after to show the line was clean all the way.
Too top it off his charges were fantastic.
First guy to call if you have a problem and not out to shaft anyone.
I will surely call him for any of my plumbing or heating issues in the future.
