We had an issue with low water pressure (almost non-existent), and Reece was able to determine the issue and corrected the. problem. He also made some recommendations to improve the effectiveness of our system (which is about 30 years old). He made a the changes, and as I was unable to be at home, he sent me a video of the end result. The sprinkler coverage is much better now. Afterwards, I contacted him to ask a few questions about our system and he promptly returned my calls. He patiently answered all my questions and provided instructions on how to make the adjustments. Reece is very personable and it was a pleasure to deal with him. He is an excellent representative for Access Irrigation! I highly recommend this company because of employees like Reece.
