About Hot to Cold Mechanical
All ducting and venting was completely redesigned to incorporate the basement suite rental to allow for two furnaces. Inspection was passed the first time.
Hot water tank was upgraded to an on demand Rinnia system which will provide enough hot water for the main home and the rental suite. Hot water system was mounted, vented and provided a larger gas line from the meter into the home to be capable of operating all these systems including a 120,000 BTU range. This range was given a hood to code so big, that heated Make Up Air ventilation was installed as well, to make up for what it would remove from the kitchen. We did not do the water lines.

My furnace recently stopped working and broke down. I contacted Ameen from Hot to Cold Mechanical, Ameen, came to the rescue within an hour. It was extremely cold outside, he diagnosed the issue and provided us with few options to fix or replace with a new one. I made the decision to replace the old furnace with a new one. Ameen then managed to purchased a new furnace and replace it the next day. It has been working with no issues since .
The owner, Ameen, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very respectful and very Honest . His price and rates were very reasonable and good.
Thank you Ameen for the service you have provided and the comfort and respect you showed coming into my house.

My furnace broke down at 9:00 PM and I called other companies who claimed to be 24/7 and none were available. I then called Hot to Cold and spoke to Ameen (owner) and he came directly to my house within 15-20 minutes after the call.
He was extremely professional and provided good rates for his service! His work comes with a guarantee and he truly cares about his customers and believes in getting the work done right the first time and saving his customers money. He is also trained in all assets of HVAC and mechanical and has been apart of many major projects in Edmonton. The guy knows his stuff.
