We have seen how fast this technique really is when used consistently . We have been having so much fun teaching and trying new things and tricks with him. Kathy is so helpful, patient and professional. She has been able to answer all our questions and more. I am looking forward to learning more. I highly recommend Kathy for any dog training experience.

R	Ray Belanger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If anyone had hesitations about dog training it was me... I have a 7-year-old untrained border collie which others had told me likely could not be trained. In addition to that, I was even more skeptical when I learned I would have to do my training over zoom. After just one zoom session with Kathy, those hesitations were gone as I was already able to see progress with my dog. I had been working on “sit” and “lay down” on my own with no luck, so it was amazing to see my dog almost immediately respond when I started completing the training as instructed by Kathy. While it definitely was not the same as having someone there to observe in person, it was almost better for my connection with my dog because I was the only person physically in the room with her so I was able to retain all of her focus. For all of you skeptics out there – virtual training works! I cannot say enough good things about Kathy – she is very personable, extremely knowledgeable and the eternal optimist. She treated any setbacks I have had as opportunities to tailor the training more to my dog’s needs. It has been about a month now since I started the training and with Kathy’s support my dog has made huge strides. I am definitely going to purchase more Zoom sessions with Kathy as I can say with 100% certainty that she is an integral part of the success I have had with my dog so far. Thanks Kathy!!

She is literally a dog whisperer. At the same time she teaches easy, non-intimidating tricks and tips that anyone can incorporate into their dogs lives. Our dog is nearing the 3 month mark in our home, and has a ways to go but we with Kathy’s help we’re certain she will be a confident happy girl with us for many years!

Basic tricks, manners, behavioral issues, socialization, even fundamentals like body language, I would be hard-pressed to find a training topic Kathy cannot educate on. She is a compassionate trainer, patient, and with a heart so big that I'm sure the dogs can tell! Every situation is handled with respect towards both you and your canine companion, and every question is answered clearly and concisely in a way that even a first-time-dog-owner can understand. Kathy has been my go-to source of knowledge and training for nearly a decade now, and there's no one I'd trust more with my pup's safety and well-being. I already have a well-trained and well-behaved older dog so I thought I could get by with what I remember from training my older puppy (10 years ago) and youtube videos. Soon enough I realized that not only my puppy had different characteristics but also had a very different temperament than my older dog. We were frustrated and the house was a mess. We decided to book Kathy's classes (as recommended on our vet's website) and went with zoom so we could customize it to our set-up at the house. Within 24 hrs of the first class our life got so much better. Kathy has a wealth of training information that can be tailored to the dog's personality and progress. It helped to have her support when we felt like giving up on some aspects of the training (we didn't and it paid off). It was also very convenient to have handouts available that we could refer back to, and to be able to consult her in between the sessions. There are also videos to demonstrate training exercises. So she can provide whatever way you and your dog learn. Her genuine love and commitment for dogs and training them made the sessions more fun. The only regret I have is not booking her class as soon as we got our puppy!
