After hours emergency call - hot water tank leaked. After trying multiple outfits I got a hold of Go 2 Plumbing and they helped me right away. Hot water tank replaced the next day. Great service and we will use this company from now on! Thank you very much for a great job!

I talked to Moe about 4 pm for a quote to fix a leaking interior tap that shuts off and connects to our exterior water tap. He gave me a quote over the phone and was able to come a few hours later. I have used Go2 Plumbing and Heating services on a number of jobs and received great service every time however, their Emergency plumbing services is absolutely outstanding and reliable. Multiple times I have contacted them for emergency plumbing services in the middle of the night whether to diagnose and fix a leak or fix a furnace that suddenly stopped working, their emergency plumbing service is absolutely professional, reliable and top notch!

A bit delayed on this review, but Moe has a loyal customer now for life. My water heater started leaking at the most inconvenient and ungodly time in January. While browsing for repair services, I stumbled across Go 2 Plumbing, and noticed it was a 24 hour service and gave a call. What followed was probably the best possible service I have ever received from anyone and this is coming from a former veteran in the hospitality industry. Having no background at all in all this home equipment stuff, I tried my best to explain the problem to Moe who was very patient with me. He came over right away and identified the problem which necessitated replacing my water heater (it was way past its expiry date and was due for replacement, totally on me as I was aware of it at the time I bought the house but completely forgot about it). Moe went ahead and found a replacement and gave us a very reasonable quote and had it set up in a manner that gave us actually more space to move around in the basement. A big shout out to Moe for what happened next: when everything was fixed, I noticed that we had no heat going through the house, I called him and asked what could be the problem as I assumed (again my lack of knowledge shows here) it had something to do with the water heater. I praise Moe for being extremely patient with me, and he dropped by to double check everything and found out my HVAC filter needed replacing. Moe, thank you for all you did for us, and for putting up with our laughable lack of knowledge. Definitely recommend anyday 100%.

Kudos to Moe for responding to our call about a broken sump pump. He quoted the price for replacement up front, then showed up quickly and completed the work. We can now sleep with peace of mind thanks to quick and efficient service - no more worries about a flood. Definitely give them a call. I will be a repeat customer for future plumbing issues.

I called Mo and told him my sump pump died. He called me back ten minutes later to tell me he would be at my house in 45 minutes and what the price would be. Within 35 he was at my house and at work. 45 minutes after that, he had drained the water, pulled the old pump and had the new one installed. He was cordial, efficient, happy to walk me through the process, ans answered all my questions. We chatted while he worked and he was extremely friendly. When everything was done, he left the space cleaner than he found it. Charge was what he quoted and I told him I would call him the next time I needed work done. I try to deal with the small things myself, but when you need the job done right, or right now, I always call a tradesman. I will recommend him to all my friends and coworkers.
